You’ll need to provide us proof of purchase for us to initiate the return process. The proof of purchase or receipt needs to show the time purchased, the purchase price and the place and date of purchase.
- Once we receive your proof of purchase, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Send your product back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping instructions. If the item is being returned because you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong item, we ask that it be returned in the original packaging.
