When I bought my house, they was no central a/c, just ceiling fans and a window unit in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. So before deciding to get central a/c installed, I decided to buy the Ozeri 360 Oscillation Tower Fan. This is a really nice fan that displays the current temperature, oscillates and has 3 speed settings. The fan is pretty quiet, which makes it great for nighttime use. It doesn’t take up much room and fits perfectly in a corner, making it a great addition to small rooms. I love the remote control, which allows me to change settings from across the room. I ended up getting central a/c installed as this fan, as with any other, basically doesn’t cool a room, but rather circulate the air. I have found that the fan works pretty darn good when used with the central a/c.
