The ceilings were 10 foot high, which made it hard to take out the filter and wash it. When you do so, you open the front plastic and remove the filter. However, the hinges on the cover were strong enough to hold itself open while removing the sponge filter. The hinge snapped and the cover came crashing to the ground. The designed could of been improved by putting a stronger hinge on the cover, one that could support the weight. Other than this, this unit did a fantastic job heating and cooling the studio.
